ട്രെയിന്നെറ്റ് ഉപയോഗസഹായി – ഗ്രാമവിഭവ നെറ്റ്‌വര്‍ക്ക്

ഐ. എസ് .അര്‍.ഓ – കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ആസൂത്രണ ബോര്‍ഡ്‌ സംയുക്ത സംരംഭം

ആമുഖം :-

ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ബഹിരാകാശ ഗവേഷണ കേന്ദ്രവും കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ആസൂത്രണ ബോര്ഡും സംയുക്തമായി 2006 ഇല്‍ ആരംഭിച്ച പദ്ധതിയാണ് ഗ്രമവിഭവകേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍. കേരളത്തില്‍ ഈ പദ്ധതി ഐ. എസ് .അര്‍.ഓ -കെ.എസ്പി.ബി നെറ്റ്‌വര്‍ക്ക് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.

ഐ. എസ് .അര്‍.ഓ യുടെ നൂതന ഉപഗ്രഹ സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തി വിദൂര പഠനക്ലാസ്സുകള്‍ – ടെലി- ആരോഗ്യം ,ടെലി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ടെലി അഗ്രികള്‍ച്ചര്‍ വയോജന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം തൊഴില്‍ പരിശീലനം കുടുംബക്ഷേമ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകൃതി വിഭവങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവ സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയാണ് ഇതിന്‍റെ ലക്‌ഷ്യം. ഈ സൗകര്യം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി ആശയവിനിമയ നെറ്റ്വര്‍ക്കുകളും
വി ആര്‍ സീ യില്‍ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും ഓഡിയോ വീഡിയോ ക്യാമറകളും ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തി ലൈവ് ആയിട്ടുള്ള ക്ലാസ്സുകള്‍ സാധാരണക്കാര്‍ക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കുവാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നു.

വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലുള്ള സാധാരണക്കാരായ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ ­ സൂപ്പര്‍ സ്പെഷ്യാലിറ്റി ആശുപത്രികളില്‍ നിന്നും വിവിധ മേഘലയില്‍ കഴിവ് തെളിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വിദഗ്ധ ഡോക്ടര്‍മാരുടെ സേവനം ലഭ്യമാകാന്‍ ഗ്രാമവിഭവകേന്ദ്രം വഴി സാധിക്കുന്നു.കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് കൃഷി സംബന്ധമായ സംശയങ്ങള്‍, സാധ്യതകള്‍,പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ ,രോഗങ്ങള്‍,പരീക്ഷണങ്ങളും കണ്ടുപിടിത്തങ്ങളും ,മണല്‍ പരിശോധന,കാലാവസ്ഥ വ്യതിയാനങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവയും ഗ്രാമവിഭകേന്ധ്രങ്ങള്‍ വഴി അറിയാന്‍ സാധിക്കുന്നു.ഗ്രമവിഭവ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലെ കോര്‍ഡിനേറ്റര്‍മാര്‍ അത് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിദഗ്ധ കേന്ദ്രത്തെ അറിയിക്കുകയും അതിന്‍റെ വിശദീകരണം ഗ്രമവിഭവ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍ വഴി കര്‍ഷകര്‍ക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.ഇങ്ങനെ രണ്ട് തരത്തിലുള്ള ദൃശ്യ ശ്രാവ്യ സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഗ്രമവിഭവ കേന്ദ്ര നെറ്റ്വര്‍ക്കുകള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്.
